14. Underage Accounts
14.1. “I can’t see the chat” / “I’ve set my age wrong” / “My account didn’t automatically Age-Up”
Minor accounts are missing functions such as chat, connection options, guild creation and the ability to edit the player’s name. If you believe you incorrectly have a minor account, you can follow the steps under the “Spoiler” tag in this post: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/221219/content-update-12-18-2019 You’ll need to verify your age with the support agent.
