Fracture on GLs
CG nerfs fracture on GL except when it happens in Conquest. LV was fractured during the 1st mission in sector 3. Seriously, how in the world can you nerf our toons except when it benefits you? Complete joke of a game.

- So you didn't bother to read up what the fracture change actually is, good job.
FYI -> fracture on GLs: -50% speed, can't gain buffs, -30% counter chance. - They can still be fractured, they just have the same effect on a GL as it does for a raid boss.
- Was your LV not gaining Turn Meter after being fractured?
- No TM gain. Didn't go again after the last battle
