I'd analyze impact on other squads (JKR/CLS/Padme/Triumvirate) before trying to buff OR. Chewie do damage based on max health, the entire Padme squad also can do this and have huge benefit from increased health/prot pools, etc. For Mission and Ordo, I can't see anything game-changing in G13.
