Galactic legends balance

The issues of scattered balance between the GL’s aside. The entire thing has now become hugely reductive and success is based on whether or not you have WAT or not. Pretty sure this is a glaring oversight.

Disable Wats buffs for GLs so we can go back to interesting teams.

This was not an oversight, they did make an attempt to have him not be needed for JML, you can see some similar verbiage in his lead around his taunt. This was done because they are aware of his utility, but tried to make it less of a need and more of an option.

They are not likely to make WAT not work with GLs, especially at this point.
