A few options:
Add ST Han to your team. Baze and Chirrut counter, but do little damage with their basics. They will feed great amounts of TM to your team through a taunting ST Han.
Use Boba's special to remove the initial taunt from enemy Baze. Then leave Chirrut for later to prevent new taunts.
Add EP to stun enemy rebels and prevent healing/buff gain/TM gain.
Improve your mods.
Send in a suicide team to soak up the initial burst damage from the enemy.
