im only level 57 with 70k GP and im getting level 80+ gear 8-9 enemies this is not balanced

It's based on your strongest 5 toon's gp. If you've added a zeta lately that'll bump up difficulty a lot.
Gal war is actually one of the best balanced things they ever added to the game, until you overpower it completely.
If you have two teams at about the same power you should be able to make it through. Proper teams with synergy I mean.
There are lots of old posts with advice about it. If you play it right you can complete it nearly every day at any level. I recently did a new account and only failed once in the run to 50 (thankfully no longer 150).
