Game progress and server change

Hi all, after opening 2 tickets with EA and listened to a lot of "its your business", I just wanna understand how it works.
I quit playing for some months, when I restarted, obviously, i was in a server with players much stronger then me, some of them with 1.5M GP more then me, this way for me its' very difficult to earn crystals and farm characters, aka no game progressing.
In order to keep the track, especially within my guild, I see myself very frustrated for lack of crystals, even with a good roster, In my opinion my account should be in a proper server shard, since there is no point to make gaming more difficult then it is, but EA answered me " take a look on line on forums, maybe some dev will listen to you, we don't have any clue with it."
So, if I'm buying crystals, EA grab the money, if I ask help to solve a problem before uninstalling it became just my business, good approach indeed, congratulations :smiley:
Is there any other case like this just to understand if keep on playing or not ? Are there devs able or interested to make this clear please ?

Guys, as I stated, I didn't choose to have a break from game, but I had it, I'm not willing to have advantage on younger players, I just don't wanna have disadvantage on my self, and it's what I'm currently experiencing.

Thanks a lot for spending time to answer my question, its kinda clear the general approach to it, even if I wanted a dev answer, since it's what the unuseful EA support told me to do and because I wanted to know how it works, not how much community dislike the idea I could have advantage.

Restart it or overcome it by time/money.
Theres nothing wrong with the Support in this case.

so its' what i was thinking, restart or spent money, and yes there is problem with support if they send u on line to look for an answer on forums, but anyhow...thanks again to all, hope I will have a dev answer, not cos I think it will be different, but cos its' what support suggest " look for a dev on forums", aka, unuseful support.

If you get 5 chars up to G12+ then the only part you will be behind on is mods.

Make mods a priority for the next 6 months and you can get back to top 50 at least.

You are exactly where your play took you. Any disadvantage originates from your actions/play/absence.

From a game perspective your absence was your own choice. It's no different than those days I cannot play close to my arena payout. I don't expect any compensation for not taking top ranks those days.
