I don't think it is pointless. Palatine still needs potency and speed whether modding him for the Arena or for p3 of HAAT, he just needs (IMO) more CC/CD in p3 HAAT and more of a speed focus in the Arena.
I have written about 75% of the mods articles and try to include info for those toons who we use differently in different situations. Thus, we try to cover all the bases there.
