I dont have bistan / srp geared, so I play the cheap hmf team with biggs and ht.
against bistan fleets sun fac is very helpfull (ht, sun fac and hmf as starting 3).
win rate is close to 100% if enemy is not fully maxed (12.5 gear and 6* mods) and still good if they are maxed.
Tactics as usual with clearing the ht debuff and cassian reinforcement.
