that's a user error, just don't call in cassian if you're breached.
This is the correct answer. If you whiff on clearing breach (unlikely, but it can happen), call Phantom, then Cassian (hopefully clearing breach in between). The other snag actually comes with Sun Fac. If their Home One is faster, and brings in SF, you have to kill him before you bring in Cassian.
