I agree the Falcon is a pox on fleet right now and meta needs to change asap.
But as a few others have pointed out if you are not winning on offense 90% of the time you are doing it wrong. I use a 5* Falcon, 6* HT, g8 Cassian with no 6e mods on anyone but Han and Chewie. Read the post up above from @Palanthian and try again.
