I have no reason to lie to you. I never refresh and can get top 5-15. If I do all of my battles and dont lose 1 can get 1 without a refresh. If I refreshed could get 1 every day. I said 90% because most days I dont lose a battle and sometimes I lose 1. So between 80-100% success so I used 90%. Perhaps its actually 84.2% or 93.1%. But its in that range.

Recently I manually fight 1 or 2 and hit auto for the rest while I'm playing Magic just because fleet has gotten boring. Thats enough for 10-20. But If I fight all 5 I can get 1-5 every day.

Here is a screen with all 3 meta fleets with me at 1 and the others at 2,3,4. Yes they are maxxed fleets. In fact, as I said in another thread recently, I think it is easier to kill Bistan fleets than the others with a slower Akbar. If I can't cleanse breach then the AI reinforces with their Biggs and calls mass assist and kills the breached tank. Then I follow with Cassian and their Falcon dies. Then its game over for them. The Tie/Poe and HT/Biggs versions are much more burstyy and random fights.

I honestly dont care if you believe me, but perhaps you should take some of the advice in this thread and write out the steps and follow them. Because it works, even with my jalopy fleet in a January-ish 2017 fleet shard. ;)

and again, I am talking about "maxed" bistan fleets, not the easy others ones.
If you want to proofe something like you tried with your picture, show your opponents g12.5 biggs with 6* mods

I dont say that you cant take first spot, I just dont believe you would have a 90% success rate against a "maxed" bistan fleet.
It depends how developed your shard is.

And tbh, your shard does not look very developed
