Good news: My JKA who is only 32 speed faster than yours and 836 more offense with a crit damage set went in Tier V by himself, went first, and killed three people with the first AoE. If that is the tier you are on, even if you can't change mods, put together a team that can whiddle three people down then pop an Anakin AoE. Hus own lead will probably help there.
For the attack out of turn, I don't know what to tell you. Try GBA lead bugs. If that doesn't work, try CLS lead Rebels ...though you really don't have much to run behind him. 3PAC would help.
My general advice to you is slow down on the relics. Like hit the brakes hard. Go look up some beginning farming path guides and mod guides.
