@Rotor Yes mate. It's called 'bluff' and it's his passive. At the start of his turn he has a % chance to remove a % amount of TM from every enemy. It took me a while to work out what the 'resisted' tag was on my guys that I kept seeing - I never really noticed the TM loss when it worked though.
