Grand Moff Tarkin (L)

How are Tarkin led Empire teams? It seems like one of the Empire's big weaknesses is speed.

I've gotten rank 1 with Vader. I'm running Vader, rg, magma, st Han (he should totally be under cover empire...) and ig88 to go after Vader. Will need to decide who to swap for tarkin.
