Do you people remember the bonus tier of that imperial trooper assault battle? On the 7th stage (when we face han and chewie with other rebel generics), our troopers have full tm, as well as the opposing han. But, every single time han goes first. Ps. It only worked that way in bonus tier, not in previous ones.
