Has third sister rote event difficulty changed?

Getting Reva shards for a year with not a single fail and then 2 fails in a row.  Same team with reva and mods. Just get blown to smithereens. Guild stats also down. Anything going on with difficulty...

Did you fill all the ops? It seemed exactly the same to me and I had no issue completing the mission

Seemed the same to me.   Guild seemed to get the same number of shards.    I did drop a battle a couple times ago, sometimes the RNG goes really odd and haywire.
