How is this possible in GAC?

Looking at my GAC history, my opponent beat both of my fleets without my defense bringing in any reinforcements.

Curious to find out how is that possible? Especially Malevolence vs Negotiator?

Also Chimera mirror, how could he kill both of my Tanks so fast?

I mean, if the droids gang up on Anakin right away and put buff immunity on him as well as buzz droids, he can't get bonus protection or stealth and if his bonus turns trigger from buzz droids triggering on someone else he can kill himself pretty fast. I'm honestly not super surprised that the Malevolence fleet could do it.

The second one I wouldn't have as much experience with. If that's a relic KRU, he can probably hit pretty hard. His Chimaera may also have won the coin toss both times.

Depends on pilot gear...also, human vs. computer goes a long way.

Thanks all pilots are relic, while I understand human vs computer :)

Malevolence vs Negotiator with Ahsoka - I have never seen such a clean win so I am curious how is this possible? At least 1 reinforcement should be called in as Negotiator fleet is much faster than Malevolence

The Malevolence one is easy. I rarely call in RI as a Malevolence user.

Can't speak to the Empire thing, especially without seeing the gear on those.

Oh I know you don't need RI vs Nego, but surely Nego always is fast enough to get in at least 1 RI? At least from my experience...

I've killed Negotiators with my Malevolence without Negotiator calling in a reinforcement many times. Yes Negotiator is fast, but it prioritizes keeping the ships on the field alive, not on reinforcement calling. It's a little more RNG dependent but it's not impossible.

Here is a video of me using the same team as he did, do you see how quickly Negotiator brings in a reinforcement, I just see no way how to win this before Negotiator brings in RI. Or am I missing something?

  • The reason why Nego can sometimes beat Nego before RI (or at least provoke Nego heal instead of AoE) is because Fives feeds TM to Vulture.

There is no Fives in the starter comp above, and Ahsoka is r4 so even if she has 5 dot mods, turnover will be Ahsoka, then JKA/Nego AoE coinflip with Vulture down. I have a hard time believing between this move, Hyena and SF duo, with 2 summoned vultures at near 0% TM take out 3 ships, one of which has Unending Loyalty, until the first RI comes in on Nego's next turn. Malevolence's initial stack of dots Buzz Droids caps at one on each ship from Hyena AoE, and then you are forced to take out Y-wing first.

It is also worth mentioning that the Tie Bomber in the second battle barely lost protection.

No idea what you're talking about, I can't count how many times the Neg will ignore an Ani in the red to call in a tank.

@lifeisagame007 can you confirm... it doesn’t even look like your opponent started with SF. Is that Spy in the starting lineup?

yes he used Spy in the starting line-up as I faced his SF on defense
