i probably get 2 full zetas a month or so. I finish in top 20 in fleet and only occasionally farm anything but zetas from the ship store. I don't have talizen or wicket at 7 stars yet but will soon so that will help.

ships has gotten me more lately (the battles due to doing them for the first time), but in general the ship currency is where I get them

I wanna say 3 weeks for the average person-in part just assuming all your fleet currency goes towards them.

Just do all the challenges with possible zeta rewards. Other than that no real strategy other than deciding if you want to spend your fleet currency on zetas or other things.

What significance does having Talzin or wicket bring to getting zetas?

They're variables within your control though. Like anything, you can make assumptions based off a possible outcome.
