I am having trouble activating my ship on my phone and until I have done it I cannot do anything else can anyone help please

Are the materials underneath the picture of the ship if so there are 2 pieces
There is one picture above the activate button With lots of stars underneath not light up is that what I have to light up if so then I cannot because it won't let me
