IG-88 Target Lock Ability Sith Raid
So I am wondering if the Sith raid bosses are immune to target lock from IG-88 or IPD? There is no information on if they are or aren’t. Btw target lock does work in the HAAT raid.

I managed to TL sion once today trying my recent geared BH xD
Couldnt TL nihilus yesterday in a few tryes... Couldnt TL traya past week anyway (with multiple crits during first topple where trayas tenacity is low... Being able to land 6-8 detonators many time along this run...)
So i think they were immune to TL debuff (bug) and it got fixed in the 5/1/2018 HF
