Why? Aside from speed, Luke seems to be all-around a better character. And hopefully ST Han would help with the speed issue. And Biggs calls an assist with increased critical chance, so that should be a OHKO.
Luke has one big shot in him with a cool down so long the match is over before he can use it again. He really relies on Leia for his crits to do decent damage. Biggs does his assist and it is okay but not spectacular by any means. I don't cringe when it is coming like when GS or QGJ do theirs. It is not a one-shot kill. Not even on a squishy. After that, he can take a nap. He gets his crit chance up and his buffs and still only hits for 3.5k at 7*. My 5* HRScout hits for more than that on his basic. A rebel team without Leia is not a great idea. If you are going to do it, I'd suggest a blend of rebel and resistance chars.
