Is Dooku getting health and dmg buff?

Dooku is(or at least used to be) one of those characters that really benefit from defense. So just focus mod priority on defense rather than health and protection. Oh and I hope your Dooku mods have flat health and protection values rather than percentage based values, as with percentage mods you're not adding much if you don't have much to begin with.
