Is Dooku getting health and dmg buff?

I noticed dooku critting for 10k on his basic now, and shock is nasty. Being special damage it doesn't crit often, but most heroes don't have a very high resistance so it's a solid hit.
With his leader stacking offense, he was up to 14k at the end of a few matches. That is good damage for an attack that can't be evaded and possibly fires twice, not to mention amazing damage for a 100% counter attack basic
