If you have a viable Jedi team, in my opinion he's the biggest game changer when it comes to raid viability. Between his unique buff, healing, and turn meter gain, he makes Jedi one of the most formidable teams available.
I'm prioritizing him. And like others said, he may be needed for Luke.
