My opponent has so pretty sweet mods on his arena team. His other teams are much slower. I sent in my imperial troopers where my fastest was at 256 and his ventress was at 195. Both get speed bonus...

Both nightsister leads give +30 speed and ventress gets +15 for each none buffed enemy, I’m assuming you’re using shore trooper so +60 speed. Meanwhile veers lead gives +20 speed, 90-20, so that’s +70 speed for ventress compared to your team making her faster than your fastest.
Based on the fact that everyone else went before you’re team I’m guessing it was a zeta ventress lead and she used her aoe as her opener but I could be wrong about this part since you only really told us that you used troopers and that the enemy team had ventress.
