they are 2 seperate things going on...
Jyn's Zeta leadership allows rebel ally to recover protection back when they gain a buff, while K-2SO's zeta allos him to gain max protection whenever he is damaged.
Very powerful when you consider K-2 attacks and gains taunt (Recover protection) then is damaged (increased max protection / loses taunt), then counter attacks (Gains taught back most of the time - recover protection).
