Is Phoenix Good?
I'm lvl 70, but I didn't start out farming Phoenix like many have recommended. Should I do them now?

Yes. Get Chopper first over Sabine. But get Sabine eventually and then put Ezra in another rebel squad.
Phoenix makes many rebel events easy and you need them for TB and GAT, who is one of the best Characters in the game and has THE best ship in the game. Do it.
