Is reaching relic 7 even worth it?
So I find this particular issue to be very frustrating. Call me a newb but is it really worth the trouble of fully relicing a toon? Sure mods make all the difference because by the end of the day ever...

If you don't know exactly why you need to take a toon from r5 to r7, then you don't need to take that toon from r5 to r7.
A better question to ask would be "Are relics necessary for this character to do what I need them to do?"
