I constantly hear about how this lineup won't work in most shards and the answer to that is, it will. R2D2 is supposed to be my hard counter, I smash them with ease actually. EP leads are not a problem either. Bastilla leads are popping up everywhere and I'm anxiously waiting for them to move up in ranks. I'm sure my sith Assassin and sith trooper would love to ignore all that protection followed with Zavage to finish. I have 3 maxed out JTR leads in all g12 and I haven't lost to one yet. I beat them pretty easily actually. It's this easy, ZMaul makes my team run complete circles around everyone. Speed kills and Maul helps with that. I went against everyone telling me to zeta EP for my first zeta and I couldn't be happier that I ignored them all. I haven't dropped out of the top 10 overnight and my shard is getting mature with good teams.

Edit : As far as the teams I was referring to beating me in fleets, I dug a little deeper and found that they were cheaters. And now all the low level teams that were sneaking past us are banned and sinking to the bottom of the sea, where they belong.

And yes, Maul's AOE is the bread and butter.

He's got 6* ships - he's on a middle-aged shard. Neither the ship lineup nor the arena lineup would work on "old" or launch shards.

Wrong....... Problem is people are afraid to do their own theory crafting and just follow the heard like a bunch of cattle.

*sigh* Your total GP is 1.2 million. You're right, I was mistaken, you are on a newer shard, not a middle aged one . You have almost 600 arena battles won. I have a GP of 3.2 million and over 4,500 arena wins. What works on your shard doesn't work on everyone's. That was my only point - the defensive attitude is really unnecessary.

No doubt every shard is different. That goes without saying. And sorry if it seemed defensive, wasn't my intention. It wasn't aimed towards you.
