Is talia good?
I keep seeing her pop up as possible allies and in pvp matches but is she any good? I used her a bit myself and she doesn't seem like anything special

If you really need turn meter you can have Phasma. She gives 40% turn meter up at around level 50 along with slow down for the enemy. But I agree I had in past abused her heal in tight situations, however he never went past level 50 and 4* for me.
The idea is to have a counter to Phasma and Poe. If everyone is rocking those two heroes then it gets pretty boring
