I would disagree. While CAT brings in the instakill and can feed JMK tm, he isn't useless without her. Without CAT, I would probably run him with GK, GAS, Padme and Shaak Ti. JMK is a workhorse in conquest. SEE has his uses, but JMK is better overall by far.
