Someone here said that "It Binds All Things" is the best Zeta out there today. That's debatable, but I hear a lot of people saying it's at least a really GOOD Zeta.I don't get it. I have a Zeta waiting to go and could pop it on him right now, but I honestly don't see the benefit.Gaining protection when he resists a detrimental effect may be helpful in GW, but when I fight people in the Arena, their Potency seems sufficiently strong that I resist few effects, overall. So he might get 5% here or there, but based on the number of times people try to inflict an effect in the first place, let alone the number of times he will then succesfully RESIST said effeccts seems minimal.Now, Luke's basic attack DOES inflict debuffs, so that means whenever I use it, he gets 10% turn meter and the rest of the team gets 5%. That's... okay, I guess. 5% or even 10% meter isn't a whole helluva lot, is it?I've never USED this Zeta, this is all based on personal bias and conjecture. So can anyone here sell me on it? What's so fantastic about it that people are calling it the "best Zeta out there?" I'm saving the one I've got for when I have three more and can drop them all - bing, bang, bong! - on the Phoenix Team or on the Nightsisters. The kicker lies in his counter-chance ability. He is always countering -most of the time inflicting debuffs and therefore speeding your entire team up. The health and protection gain is nice as well.He along with Zolo are a killing machine. Zeta him up and you won't be disappointed.

I think "best" is a bit subjective here. If you want one zeta to do a whole bunch of things, zFinn is my vote for "best." (haat, GW, tb, lots of pve events)But if you are trying to max out your arena team in a competitive shard, it's actually pretty noticeable. Remember, he inflicts 2 debuffs on both basic and special. Any attack (including counters and assists!) boost your team a little. IBAT isn't going to save a garbage team. But it WILL help you win otherwise evenly matched fights. In that regard, winning more pvp and dropping less overnight could classify IBAT as the "best" option.. Depending on your situation. As a bonus, it makes p1 haat solos a bit easier. So that's nice too I guess.

These are huge difference makers, especially when you're determining who goes first. It will give you extra turns here and there which will be the difference in battle.

With that said, it's a solid zeta on the most OP character in the game which means it's going to be useful in many different teams and for a long time.

Best zeta in the game, IMO is raid han's shoot first. It makes him one of the best characters in the game.

It's huge especially in the opening round when getting off your team's specials and locking down the enemy first is critical for arena. That 10% TM to the team from Luke attacking will often push up the entire team to 100% TM and most importantly, ahead of the enemy. Gives you a first mover advantages. This comes in a lot since many run Raid Han - if he attacks a rebel Luke gets TM, then he attacks, and gives TM to the whole team. Functions a bit like Rex for TM boost.

Omegas on special are both really good

hmm.. meh ? i guess that you dont have IBAT zetad and this is why you are saying this.
it is not the best zeta out there obviously, not when Zinn around and R2 NC is around aswell. but its top5 for sure. why ? simple. every turn he give himself 20% TM, and give other allies 10% TM.
surely not meh. add this to the fact that he attack a lot outside of his turn, and he can be called for assist, and it give you at least 100% More tm overall to him, and 50% more TM overall to his allies in an ARENA battle, at least. i could win the Meta team of CLS, R2, zHan, Thrawn, GK if their modding was only slightly superior than mine, or equal/worse. since i zetad on IBAT, i can win this meta team when god-tiered mods, without RNG involved even.
this is an excellent zeta, if you talk about arena.
GW and TB also very useful, and in P1 hAAT is very hard to solo WITHOUT the IBAT zeta. thats because it jumps his speed so good. example on my CLS, 261 speed. without zeta ? his speed every turn is 261. his speed every turn when IBAT zetad is 261/0.8 = 326. now, tell me that you wouldn't zeta an OP toon if it would say "60 more speed to him and 20 more speed for others" (my han is 222, for example, and if every CLS turn he get 10% tm, he need to fill 90% TM at the speed of 222. which means, 222/0.9 = 246.)

IBAT is surely amazing zeta for Arena, TB, GW, Raids... thats all. good luck with that info.

Imo when I got IBAT it didn't really feel like too much changed in the team, it just improved on an already great team.
If you want top end of the Arena with Rebels and are going all in with them then its worth but I feel other Zetas in different factions give a lot more, but their factions dont have the same variety of toons to back it up. (FO, Clones, and Ewoks come to mind)

Since you've already Zeta'ed Han and R2 I would personally go for it.
