Jango in KAM mission infinite burn

Question

Did I miss something?I thought Jango could no longer but every turn?Just had 4 of 5 Jango turns with his burn....Didn’t go so well...Is there a strategy for how to infinite cleanse or something else I’m missing?

His burn doesn't have a CD, only the rocket has a cooldown of 1 i believe?

Bad rng getting that several times in a row, it can happen and when it does.. well in most cases it is try again next month unless you were in a very VERY good situation
