Double tank squads are more difficult to beat or it generally takes longer. However, zBastila jedi running double kenobi can be beaten with standard nightmare squads (EP+Vader+DN+Sion+Thrawn) and Kanan instead of GK will make the team weaker, so you won't be safe on defense from the team against which yours is supposed to be the hard counter.
There is no point in putting a zeta on him for arena as it'll have very little impact and using Kanan will only be an interim solution anyway. His zeta is good is good in a Phoenix squad but in your case it'll only help him and Ezra. Defense up usually gets dispelled soon together with all the other buffs and there is not really a need of spreading more foresight as GMY does that a lot better. The 100% TM gain on foresight expiring isn't very useful as he doesn't do a lot of dmg and 50% TM for Ezra isn't bad but nothing stellar. His protection up is very useful to keep the bonus tenacity and offense from Bastila lead on toons that have taken some hits but the zeta doesn't add anything in this regard.

I think you should put enfys.

Should have added - the other marginal gain I get from a temporary Kanan - is that I use him in Fleet. So gearing won’t be wasted.

If your shard is zEP and there aren't Traya leads yet - ^this. Enfys shuts down zEP faster than anything else out there and she's viable even at low stars, just make her fast, get her AoE daze off and let GMY do his thing.

Think enfys much more better than general. Old ben great with his mind trick. And you have tenacity up so not need worried about vader. And enfys pretty easy to gear, much more easy than kenobi

Disagree.... Enchanted nest does not get the protection up or tenacity bonus .. when fighting a lamp team, she will get hit with pain and stuck behind Sion.

Unless she's zeta'd, true. If she's zeta'd, not true. Doesn't really matter if she does that much, because she just needs to Daze to stop the TM train from starting. If she's low stars, just make sure to put enough protection on her to survive a fracture. GK is a better tank against zEP because his taunt is situational and passively triggered. OB will lose his taunt quickly between DN's basic and Sion's ability to AoE debuff non-stop.

I find my Jedi can kill a G12 zSion in the first round....2nd round if I’m unlucky. So he’s kind of irrelevant.

Not really , couse Yoda gave tenacity up every hero, so vader, and soon cant do nothing. Old ben much better, couse he has ability block all enemies. So in all 1 round that cant do nothing. And if you stated him, he not lose taunt after fracture.

Defence is the problem. Bastila teams just aren't defence-strong. Most compositions aren't. I've been targeting Bastila squads to leapfrog up almost a hundred spots in arena because the mechanics are predictable. Kill GMY: battle over.
