GCs are "new", and players have been building better teams since before that, so this claim is just not true.
I guess getting a character from lvl 1 to lvl 2 counts as "building a better team". But, yeah, let's not involve high tier 6* mods in the team-improvement excercise.
Sure, let's talk about semantics and not the core issue.
