We r in a debuff heavy environment and sith under zMaul get the jump on everyone but a very fast TFP.Understanding that under AI on defense, toons dodge more, resist more, Daka insta-rezzes far more than 10% of the time etc. My question, since I am sitting on 2 zetas and am about to unlock GK and have never been 1 to join the meta...If I were to double zeta Yoda, run Ani, Ahsoka, Yoda and Aayla under him...I feel on defense, the resists and tm gain from the multitude of debuffs could potentially b top 10 worthy.Plz share your opinions. Yes, I know there is noone to strip buffs but I think between 2 aoe toons and all the tm gain, it could b viable.

I think it can only be viable if you have really good Tenacity on your toons in addition to the one provided by Yoda as lead. But again, you're not under cover of this TFP's Buff immunity which will break your strategy if the tenacity fails to protect your toons of this debuff, especially Yoda.Just because of that, I think a double zeta on QGJ and BM is a best option. I'm also working on my first zeta and I plan to put it on QGJ.

I've been thinking the same thing. I'm working on my second zeta but don't think I have a Jedi team that is strong enough to compete in arena yet.With the new sith zeta, I wonder if they release Jedi Luke later this year and his lead is counter to that.

QGJ zeta with yoda around is pretty decent in arena ..

zQGJ, Kenobi, zYoda, Aayla and JKA would be my preferred shout right now

ZQGJ and ZYoda is a bad mix imo. Yoda gives tenacity up and is the fastest of the 5. Zeta'd he refreshes an existing foresight. Seems like a waste.

Zoda is well worth it. He is great to counter B2 (huge counter to ZQGJ), all you have to do is have QGJ 1 point faster than Zoda. QGJ attacks first and does his special (giving two chances of procing B2) b2 then goes and wipes the first round of foresight. After that Yoda goes and gives foresight and tenacity up to everyone and now you have time to kill someone while b2s dispell is on cd. If theres no b2 then his BM at the start is a bit of a waste but on offense you can just save it for his second turn. Yoda is really fast and depending on the opponent might be able to get BM up on his second turn. If that doesn't work, his second BM will be off cd by the time that tenacity up is just coming off of your slower jedi.

Jedi are viable and ZQGJ, Zoda, GK, JKA and Aayla are probably the best Jedi team comp. I am hesitant on adding Zarriss to my Jedi as her damage is dismal and in my eyes is not worth the Zeta but if you have her and the zetas go for it. I can consistently finish first on my December 2015 shard with ZQJG Zoda Aayla, Ahsoka, and JKA soon to add GK to replace ahsoka. I can beat pretty much all team comps. Zauls aren't much of an issue unless RNG is really against me. Zaders are cake, only big threat is a B2 and my strat works well to solve that. It just sucks when those 2 attacks don't proc B2 and ruins the strat.

Unfortunately this is bad information imho. There are several in my guild and others on my server who have tried this and it didn't work for them. For those in my Guild I felt sorry for but only for a short while due to the fact that I and others had warned them it was a bad idea. Hopefully no one here has to live with the same regret they now do.

Jedi team has to have ZQGJ as lead. Mix in Yoda, GK, Ani, and Aayla and you will be difficult to beat. There aren't many options for a Jedi squad.

You have one tiny problem called tfp that has more base speed than yoda, so unless you overmod him by a landslide in speed, your game with yoda lead will end before it even starts :D Hopping that you will resist anything without tenacity up, by just the added tenacity % is the same as hoping you will find a pot of gold when you walk out of your house the next time :) Tenacity as a stat is more or less the most useless stat in pvp imo.
To each his own so o as you will, but theres a reason why you see a couple of ZQGJ in the top 10 once in a while and no Zodas :)

I think @Smapty tried a zYoda lead, maybe they can give you some more input on it.
