So I won't use them in arena because I use zPalp Vader zSion and Nihilus there but I would love to know what of the other teams have the biggest use...

Most versatile and perhaps most uses - Bounty Hunters.
Multiple uses, though also multiple distinct squads to power up - Rebels.
First Order are useful but don't have as many different uses as the other two.
