Is Keennic part of the current meta? And if so how worth it is he?

I don't have him yet, but I have tried him out, and I do think that even below 7 stars he's of considerable value because he's needed for Sith Eternal Emperor, he's needed to run a capital ship, and he has some powerful moves.
