Lando with Phasma

Yeah but I don't think I would ever farm Greedo just for his leader ability when he's otherwise useless. Unless I've overlooked a change to him since the last update

His detonator actually has enough time to detonate now. This pushed him into viability.
His damage is good, and I believe he will see more play as scoundrels develop.

A full scoundrel team would be a riot, especially maybe with AA and if they ever release the other Han Solo

I use them both. I typically use the speed down debuff on phasma first though, which means the first use of Lando's special is up to RNG. It typically pays off, which means round 2 is awesome. Usually by the time I use it the second time, QGJ has dispelled too, so now I'm blasting it with Offense Up, Advantage, and if for some reason opponent has Lando in the yellow, I get a bonus from STH's leader skill. Lando becomes the ultimate power in the universe.

Oh I like that. I'll have to give that a whirl. Obviously, Lando is the ultimate power in the universe regardless

I can run this team with everyone around 6* minus RG, I'll have to try it

I'm thinking about this team too:

88 L
Lando
Phasma
Poe
ST Han

Double taunt to keep enemies at bay, even with QGJ dispell.
Expose and AoE for massive damage.
Phasma for the AoE crits.
88 for his ability block and his leader will inflict DoT on crits at lvl 8.

This should ensure a safe double taunt at the beginning of the game, then massive AoE damage.

I run similar, though I've got Boba lead to jack up the Crit damage (and chance at 80). I assume RG protects your Lando nicely. That's one problem I have. Until Han taunts, Lando standing out there with his pants down and I just hope AI doesn't focus on him. Hasn't been much of a problem though since they spread damage around for the most part. How old is your server? And are you getting smacked around on D or holding rank easily in the top 20?

On D I usually don't drop further than 25, but it hasn't mattered in that regard what combination I use with STHan/Phasma & RG. Lots of Rey/QGJ combos in our shard. I started in early December, so its a fairly mature one. I think RG is to blame for the stability though, because if the opponent goes after Lando early, RG gets a turn quickly, and that means someone's getting stunned. That's also the reason I've been using Han's leader ability.

BTW, How about Lando's life steal? Lmao. I ran into a match yesterday where Rey and QGJ both went after him, leaving him in the Red. This particular team was also running 5's and Dooku, so when Lando's turn came up I sighed and reluctantly hit the special button as I've no healer in. To my amazemant the life steal put him in back in the green, and he survived the counters from both 5's and Dooku. Next time around it was the same thing. I was in disbelief...
