Just because you believe that it isn't a bad topic, let's be honest... doesn't mean that you're right. Also, it really is difficult to offer an opinion the way you have structured you questions.... but here I go anyway.
There are no Jedi teams in the top 100 of my shard... much less top 20. Also, running Jedi with Palpatine seems a little weird but if you're seeing that, then it is truly meta-breaking and out of the box thinking.
Admitting that a High speed Palpatine is OP because of the mass stun.... errr is not something to rely on and with a little tenacity, it hasn't been a problem for me.

As far as strategy, if I had a Jedi team lead by Palpatine in my shard I imagine I would have passed it up about Arena Rank 2,000.
Oh, and very happy for you and you favorite toons: Sith. I do like them, too and excited to be working on them in my Favorites.
