Lightspeed Bundles Permanent

So how does this make sense so lightspeed bundles that are permanent are for people under 4 million. Which I bought a few but I don’t have some like for the Kylo Event but since I’m NOW over 4 millio...

I don't even understand why people are being allowed to use these lightspeed bundles. I don't use them myself because of this. As far as I'm aware, its just a version of cheating in the game now allowed.
