Currently he isn't modded optimally. I plan on giving him my GK mods which are a healthy dose of health, protection, and speed. Speed arrow as well. All equally important. He doesn't need potency as tenacity down lands automatically and his stun does as wel. He will have advantage often enough so don't worry about crit but he doesn't really do enough damage to make crit damage worth it so I build him tanky and fast.
