If you have these toons, then you can start farming him, he is a useful one, too. For TM reduction, mostly, in Empire teams + the upcoming Veers and Imp Troops synergy.

yeah im level 80 so i have 7* phasma and biggs and IG-86 is 5* which is enough for the time being. I am working on a Empire/sith team so maybe he wouldnt be a bad choice. I just never see him in teams so didn't know if he was good or not

Sometimes I see him in arena teams, though quite rarely.
Well, I don't think there is anyone much more useful in the galactic war shop this time, so it is a good way to spend those tokens. Actually, I'm farming him right now, too. I have him at five stars. I tried him out at galactic war, and he seems like a good toon. Not the best, but an eligible teammate for an Empire team. Moreover, he will be a useful one for the Imperial Troops synergy, in my opinion. Maybe he is also useful in tank raid p3 with his TM manipulation, but just a guess. Let's hope someone who actively uses him hops in as well and enlightens us.
