So I popped my 7* cherry with my man Biggs tonight. I am F2P btw. After tons of reading and some help here I realized he was by far the quickest farm. If any other noobs like me are trying to backdoor...

Gonna have to disagree, I think rushing straight into phoenix is much more viable. For starters once I had a full phoenix team I would finish GW daily without losing a single character or even having to retreat and that was with freshly unlocked 2-3*. It also gives you 5 characters with multiple tags and a head start to unlocking Thrawn and other events. I'm also at 6 stars on most in well under a month and can 7* Zeb almost as fast as Biggs without costing me any energy that would otherwise be used for other characters.
And lastly I strutted right into the top 100 in arena and battle it out daily for top 50, all with a team that has so many other uses. Sure Zeb and Hera might eventually rot away when I've accomplished everything I need but Chopper, Ezra and Kanan still have uses well after.
Not saying Biggs isn't worth farming, but the couple RH shards you might earn by unlocking Biggs maybe 2 days before Zeb isn't worth it.
