Mod Advice needed
I need some mod advice, want to max zzCLS speed (arena team) which would mean I have to swap few mods. The trade-off would be:
CD -31,5% / CC -7,87% for Speed +31 (total 246) / Def +12,38% +15 / Tenacity +13,06%
Any other impacts are minor. So CLS would hit less hard and often with crit, but would be tankier and FASTER.
Is it worth doing? Any advice is appreciated.
