How to mod him depends on how you use him. By that I mean how much speed you give him. I think most would agree he should be modded for tons of damage/offense, and I have mine modded with an offense set and a CC set. CD primary triangle and offense primary cross. I also prefer a protection primary circle as he can increase his protection.
However, when it comes to how fast you want him, just depends on if you’re planning to use him as a leader, or not as a leader in a Jedi squad. If you want to have him as a leader, put as little speed on him as possible (offense % primary on arrow). However, if he isn’t going to be a leader often/at all, I recommend putting a decent amount of speed on him. So get offense and CC mods with good speed secondaries (also arrow with speed primary).
