What are the best mods for han ? Do you go potency speed or other ?

I go all speed with my Han just because that's what suits my team best...
Either route (slow and tough vs. speedy) is viable depending on the group you put him in.
That's the nice thing about mods is that it gives you that freedom to experiment with different builds and make that character into what works best for your team and how you utilize them.
