I have EP nodded for crit chance and crit damage. Mods add 6.23% potency only and I get an occasional p3 resist. I also get an occasional Chirpa calling EP that balances it out.
ST Han and the tm gains from shocks r all u need. Potency and speed r not needed for p3. Offense, crit chance and crit damage r your bread and butter.
