More than 100% tenacity?
I see that some people add all tenacity mods to Malak and Nest, giving more than 100% tenacity. Is this overkill? How is this advantageous?

In order for you to have a 100% resist rate, you have to double their potency. For example, 150% tenacity only has a 30% chance to resist someone with 120% potency. This chance can not be any lower than 15% to resist. This is built in by design so someone who has 2000% potency has an 85% chance to land a debuff. Hope that makes sense to you.
